MPS are delighted to add another Top Class Racing Championship to their Race Experience list as Project 1 Motorsport select MPS to provide Data & Systems Engineering services for their new Race Programme in 2019 as they make their debut entry into the European Le Mans Series.
ELMS is the sister Championship to the WEC and as Europe’s premier Endurance Racing Championship boasts a partnership and therefore entry opportunities for the prestigious Le Mans 24 Hours event.
Entering once again in the GTE category, Project 1 will continue on their successful Race Programme with the mighty Porsche 911 RSR GTE car – MPS continuing to provide Data & Systems Engineering support to the team utilising the car’s combination of Bosch Motorsport & Cosworth Electronics systems.
Having already proven their Performance Engineering capabilities with much success at World Championship level, MPS and Project 1 hope to be immediately competitive in Europe as they field a strong driver line up of Egidio Perfetti, Giorgio Roda & Jorg Bergmeister – the first round taking place at the Paul Ricard circuit in the South of France.
