The now long term pairing of MPS and Team Parker Racing’s Nick Jones & Scott Malvern is continuing on for another season within the British GT Championship and this time the team are taking a step up into the Top GT3 class having won the Championship at GT4 level.

Team Parker Racing have already had success in this class with a Gen 1 Bentley GT3 and the team are excited to carry on this relationship with the British brand as they swap to the new Gen 2 Bentley GT3 for the programme.

As the speeds and the level of competition increases with the move to the top class, all at MPS & TPR are excited by the challenge and have every faith that their methodical, data-driven process of improving both car setup & driver that led to Championship success in GT4 will translate well at GT3 level also.

MPS and their Motorsport Electronics expertise are particularly excited by the step up as the price point of the cars and the technical regulations for the championship allows for much more heavily instrumented cars with various performance monitoring sensors as well as the possibility of running live telemetry data transmission & analysis during the sessions.

The team will be undertaking an extensive testing programme before the season starts, which will include trips to hopefully warmer climates in Europe in a bid to avoid the notoriously poor UK winter weather.

As usual, MPS through their director Ben Newman, will be working with the team providing Race Engineering / Systems Engineering & Performance Data Engineering Services, utilising the suite of Cosworth Electronics devices as specified by M-Sport and Bentley Motorsport when they developed the car.
