With loyalty and developing long lasting relationships a priority to the way in which we operate at MPS it is always exciting when we get the opportunity to work and build relationships with new customers and race teams.
Successful Business man Morgan Tillbrook has just started his own Motorsport career and in doing so has created his own Racing Team, Enduro Motorsport.
As part of their start up the team bought current MPS customer Nick Jones’ Mercedes AMG GT4, a car in which MPS & TPR enjoyed Championship success with in British GT.
In order to get up to speed with their new car as quickly and efficiently as possible, Enduro asked MPS’ Ben Newman to provide Race Engineering and Systems Engineering support to the team as they first operated the car on track during a test day at the end of 2020.
Pleased with the car’s setup balance and enjoying working with Ben’s data driven performance engineering process, the team asked MPS to work with them for their first full season of GT racing as they contest the UK’s GT Cup Championship in 2021.
MPS were delighted to accept the responsibility for all of the engineering roles associated with racing the German GT4 spec machinery in the popular GT Cup Championship, including; Race, Strategy & Data Engineering practices.
We were particularly excited to work with a “fresh” driver like Morgan who was in the beginning of his driving career, who hadn’t yet had much opportunity to learn any bad habits.
MPS are confident that our refined and proven data driven driver development processes would quickly and safely allow Morgan to get up to pace and be challenging for results in the competitive GT Racing Championship.
