The MPS driver development process showed its value in the opening Events of the 2021 GT Cup Season, with budding new Amateur driver, Morgan Tillbrook, taking 2x Pole Positions and 5x Race Finishes on the Podium in just just the first 5 events of his new GT Racing Career.

Working with the new Enduro Motorsport team and their Mercedes AMG GT4, MPS proudly have been working with Morgan by implementing their data driven approach to driver development.
The team’s co-owner and Professional driver, Marcus Clutton, selflessly works with MPS’ Ben Newman to get the German machine in the setup window as quickly and as efficiently as possible during the initial practice sessions for the GT Cup events and then hands over the vast amount of the remaining track time to his amateur team mate to implement what is discussed in the MPS led driver development debrief sessions.

With aspirations of taking his career to a drive at Le Mans, Morgan had purchased a GT3 spec McLaren after the strong performances shown already in the GT4 category – he, MPS and the Enduro team will race this car at the remaining rounds of the 2021 GT Cup season.
