Following on from our recent TV feature with World Renowned Racing Driver turned TV Presenter Dario Franchitti and the Legendary RS500 Touring Car, MPS returned to your TV screens on the popular Motorsport TV show, Mobil 1 – The Grid.
As part of our British GT Race Programme with Team Parker Racing and their SD Sealants liveried Porsche GT3R, the Mobil 1 the Grid crew created a feature on MPS Director Ben Newman on what is required to be a Performance Engineer in the Professional Motorsport world of GT3 Endurance racing.
Broadcast to millions of Motorsport fans in the UK, Europe and the USA via the TV Network CNBC, Ben was able to share some details of the latest Data Analysis techniques employed in GT Racing to help extract maximum performance from Car and Driver during a Competitive Race Weekend.
