MPS are delighted to continue on with our successful working relationship with our customer Enduro Motorsport and their amateur racing driver owner, Morgan Tillbrook.

As a proud example of the effectiveness of the MPS Driver Development process, in only his second season of GT racing Morgan has quickly proven himself to be one of the quickest Amateur / Bronze graded drivers in the country. Still heavily involved in the stresses of running his successful London Stock Exchange listed company in the working week, Morgan is the epitome of a successful amateur driver and MPS have been proud to further be involved with his multitude of successes in GT Cup in 2022.

Taking on the responsibility for all of the engineering tasks associated with running a modern GT3 car, MPS have proudly taken part in the 3x Pole Positions, 4x Race Wins & 10x Podiums that Morgan and the Enduro Motorsport have taken thus far in the 2022 campaign, despite racing in a Championship that employs success related penalties to it’s competitors.

Treating the championship as a predominantly driver development exercise, Morgan, Enduro & MPS have been implementing MPS’ data driven programme for driver development throughout the season to improve Morgan’s ability as a racer behind the wheel of his 500+hp, slick tyre shod race car as they take on the UK based GT racing championship.

MPS supplied the team with a host of VBox Motorsport products and helped to integrate them with the Bosch Motorsport Electronics systems as utilised by the homologated McLaren badged racer.
Utilising a combination of Video VBox captured onboard footage and logged data from the car’s own data logger, MPS put together a driver development programme for Morgan which has resulted with him regularly performing lap times with less than 2% variance to the lap times produced by his successful and experienced professional driver, Marcus Clutton.
